The challenge Growing pains.

SBA Architects was established in 2003, quickly finding their niche as industrial specialists, and outgrowing their small accounting provider. With potential exposure to taxation issues, lost opportunities and risk, SBA’s Greg Baird knew they needed a partner who understood the business sector and how to structure them for growth.

The outcomeBecome #1.

PrimeAdvisory conducted a business structure review and found opportunities for improvement within the first 12 months. After eliminating risks, SBA was able to focus on growth. They quickly doubled in size and revenue and became number one in their space while driving profitability. Now SBA is working on Amazon’s new warehouse for over 3000 robots—the biggest industrial project in the southern hemisphere.

The opportunityA second opinion.

After hearing Prime’s Christian speak at an event, Greg was keen to get a second opinion. The rest is history. As well as trusting in Prime’s capabilities, Greg felt comfortable with Christian, who had similar goals and understood the scale of business (they enjoy a bit of golf on the side too).

Prime is always pulling us up on exposures before they ever become a risk.
